Acceptance
By using Ice Cream Magazine, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
We do not publish a legal or billing entity name here until the owner confirms it. Owner task: confirm the legal/billing entity before final insertion orders, invoices, Chamber paperwork, or legal notices are issued.
Editorial Content
The site publishes reviews, rankings, guides, maps, directory entries, and local editorial coverage. Content is provided for general local information and may change as businesses, hours, menus, prices, ownership, and local conditions change.
Editorial rankings, reviews, hot-list spots, Best-Of votes, and editorial coverage are not for sale. Advertising and sponsorships are separate from editorial scoring and should be labeled when they appear.
No Professional Advice Or Guarantees
We try to keep shop information accurate, but we do not guarantee that all addresses, hours, prices, dietary information, accessibility details, or business details are complete or current. Confirm important details directly with the business before relying on them.
User Submissions
If you submit newsletter requests, advertiser inquiries, feedback, corrections, photos, story ideas, or other materials, you represent that you have the right to submit them. You allow the publication to review, store, edit, respond to, and use those submissions to operate the site, improve content, and handle advertiser or reader workflows.
Do not submit unlawful, misleading, confidential, infringing, abusive, or spam content. We may ignore, remove, or decline submissions at our discretion.
Advertisers And Sponsors
Advertiser inquiries do not create an advertising agreement. Paid placements, print commitments, rates, deliverables, cancellation terms, and billing details must be confirmed in a separate signed insertion order or written agreement.
Restricted Staff Areas
The staff console is restricted to authorized users. Do not attempt to access admin routes, APIs, staff tools, advertiser records, issue tasks, route logs, or handbook material without permission.
Intellectual Property
Site text, design, editorial structure, data compilations, and original media are owned by or licensed to the publication unless otherwise stated. You may link to public pages, but may not scrape, republish, or commercially reuse substantial portions of the site without permission.
Changes
We may update these terms as the publication, advertiser products, print issue operations, or legal posture changes. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
