A plate photo cannot tell you the wait, noise, price, or whether six people can sit together.

This desk uses a repeatable field sheet: date, purchase, wait, ordering model, price band, menu breadth, accessibility observations, and direct menu link. It will not rank candidates that have not been visited under the same current method.

Until that reporting set is complete, this page is a commissioning desk and source-led shortlist—not a declaration of Fort Collins' winners.
